As a fellow event vendor, I love working with Pop Up Weddings BC! Holly & Nicole are very experienced and talented having executed hundreds of elopements and weddings. I've worked with them on multiple occasions and they are always so fun and professional during events. They are very personable and create great relationships with their clients. They are also very experienced with managing all aspects of an event, whether it's an elopement, intimate wedding or large reception.

Holly at pop up wedding was our wedding planner. The communication was terrible and multiple things on the contract was not delivered.Emails were consistently ignored, not impressed and cannot recommend.

Fun, kind and creative. Holly and Nicole are an abslute joy to work with. They bring their own unique style and approach to the weddings they cordinate, and do not take themselves too seriously. It has been a joy to work with them over the years.

Holly was our planner for our 45-guest wedding at Grouse Mountain this past August, and when a serious medical emergency involving a key family member happened 7 days before, she could not have been more helpful. Everything was touch-and-go until T-2, but she made sure the planning went on with as little input from us as possible.The coordination with Grouse was seamless, and the floral arrangements gorgeous. Our guests love guessing the songs that the violinist was playing prior to the ceremony and after. She did an amazing rendition of our animation-themed picks for the processional (Romantic Flight - How to Train your Dragon), the signing (Fairytale - Shrek) and the recessional (You've Got a Friend in Me - Toy Story). I could not have been more pleased with the hair & makeup vendor, and the photographer. We also got tons of compliments about the officiant.I definitely recommend Pop Up Weddings BC.

Holly and Nicole were really lovely to work with, they really made our day so much easier and stress-free! We exchanged tons of emails over the course of six months and every time, Holly was quick and professional with her responses. As an officiant, I have had the pleasure of working with Holly and Nicole quite a few times. They bring a unique and easy vibe to every wedding they work on. Their couples are always calm and present, enjoying every moment of their big day because they know that Pop Up has everything covered! These girls are original and creative and love to think outside the box!

We had a COVID wedding with Holly and Nicole and it was absolutely perfect. Holly handled our wedding planning flawlessly, she is really personable, and we connected really well. She helped us when our date had to move because of COVID and then she planned the perfect event which we could not have done on our own. The planning and event was very easy and stress free, we exchanged a lot of emails and Holly always replied promptly and addressed all of our concerns and changes. Nicole was really amazing on our wedding day and the event went very smoothly. They are both amazing women, very professional, hard working and nice.
