What a great decision our strata made in deciding to hire Premium Fence to replace our old wooden fences.Every step of dealing with this company was seamless and the job was completed exactly as described. The quality of the materials and the workmanship of the installers resulted in a solid and attractive fence.We were especially happy with our on-site project supervisor Armando and his skilled team. They worked very hard and efficiently to complete the project. They kept the worksite very safe and neat. Several owners commented on what a pleasure they were to have in our complex.We would highly recommend this company (and Armando) to anyone looking for piece of mind with a fence that will undoubtedly last for years to come.

EDIT TO UPDATE: After posting my original review and sending an email I received a phone call from the Operations Manager. He has made things right. The deficiencies are being taken care of in a professional and timely manner, with updates as needed.My only other suggestion would be to provide the inside staff with additional training on customer service. I don't feel as though our request was outside of normal warranty request so being dismissed by the inside support person was disappointing.We had premium fence install some railings on a new retaining walls of our townhouse complex. Unfortunately we have had some deficiencies. We are now receiving excuses that they are too busy to come back and address the problems. Everyone is busy, but if you have deficiencies you need to make the time to address them. They actually someone out at 9:30pm to try and look to see what the issues were, this is unacceptable. For this reason alone I would not recommend using premium fence, the communication is lacking and difficult.

We've had Premium Fence working in our complex on two fencing projects in the last two years. Both times the crew has been fantastic, they work quickly and do a great job. This year, the teams were especially good - thank you to Armando and Sergio and their crews for doing such a great job and being so easy to work with! And thank you to Andrew and Marc and the Premium team for helping us through these projects in our complex. We would happily choose you to work with again.

Premium does great work, staff were friendly, professional and communication was good. Sergio walked me around before the install to confirm all the details of what I wanted. Fence looks awesome too - lots of comments from the neighbors! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Two years ago, we had a substantial amount of fencing installed my Jimmy from Premium Fencing. He did an absolutely fantastic job. For this reason, we asked Premium Fencing to come and install even more fencing for us this year.The bar which Jimmy had set was very high. Sam and his team came and surpassed the bar. The team worked incredibly hard and installed fencing which meets our high standards and finishes of the work on our property.We would recommend this company to all that want a fantastic end product.

Premium Fencing did a fantastic job. Superbly professional from start to finish. Quick to reply, providing good advice, realistic dates and great communication.Alex, the project manager is by far the best, his work is outstanding. He is VERY hard-working and would start early and stayed late to get as much done as he could. He kept us informed throughout the installation.Alex was brilliant, he definitely takes pride in his skills and with his architectural background his workmanship is impeccable . He is extremely knowledgeable, polite , friendly and always was able answer any questions we had.The fence looks excellent.We would also like to say how impressed we were with the clean up job done by Narin and his crew. We had a beautiful custom black aluminum fence and gates installed around our backyard and it turned out just as we'd hoped. Sergio from Premium Fence was outstanding. We have dealt with many many trades and Sergio was so professional, courteous and respectful during the install. He always ensured everything was communicated clearly so that we got exactly what we wanted. It was obvious how much pride he took in his work - Premium Fence is fortunate to have an employee like Sergio as they are hard to find.

As a strata, our experience with Premium Fence was positive. They were responsive to our requests for information, flexible in implementing various aspects of the fence project, and demonstrated excellent workmanship.

We had a long, aluminum-that-looks-like-cedar residential side-yard fence manufactured and installed. The fence is very strong and looks incredible - just like real cedar. We were impressed with all the updates we received from the company about progress with our fence and projected install dates. The installer was very professional, sought my input at every step and cleaned up after the installation. There was no sign at all of the old broken fence or residue from work on the new one. We were disappointed that the price increased so much between estimate and contract, but I know that was the market and beyond their control. It looks great and will never rot or need painting!
