No parking, told to bring dog up to the door. When got there , still had to wait awhile. I suggest wait in car. Til they come for your animal.. staff are friendly.

They saw me when I needed a emerg visit for my pup and a couple months later for my dogs vaccines but then I never heard from them. They never called me for a follow up or to remind me that my dogs vaccines were due. So I switched all my small animals to my large animal vet (Temiskaming Veterinary Service) as I really wasn't a fan of them not letting me in the clinic with my dogs on my 2nd visit because of covid. I did like the vet we saw though and she was good with my nervous shepherd.

Amazing vet. The best I've ever been to. I was hesitant to bring my cat in but she thoroughly explained her condition, came up with a treatment plan with very fair pricing. Couldn't Be happier with my experience at kl vet

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to just get skipped over. I waited outside in the freezing cold at my appointment time to be told to wait outside they had a cancellation so they took another animal in and it’s gonna be awhile. Instead of freezing I went and sat in my car to watch them take in other customers so I called and the secretary was rude and accused me of leaving so they moved on. So I left and will not return. They obviously have too many clients to take on news ones. Plus after that bs I will never go back.
