Extremely happy with care. Cardiology, one of the toughest professions out there, period. Hands down Dr. Sullivan is one of the finest doctors I’ve met; great care taken explaining complex stuff, staff is very courteous and many resources are accessible on-site. Highly recommended.

Dr Brian Sullivan is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met! He is kind and listens to all of your concerns. He is very patient and will explain things to you over and over again if need be. He will investigate your symptoms until he finds the problem. I highly recommend him! You won't find a better cardiologist.His office staff is Fantastic as wellThank you!......Barb

Getting through to the office is bad enough. But my husband, who is on disability had an Appt with him recently. He forgot his mask. They had a box their, but, they charged him a dollar for the mask. Hospitals have them, but they supply them free of charge. The fact that his office is charging patients a dollar for a disposable mask is disgusting. Talk about taking advantage of patients. This is not acceptable. Very disappointed.

Every single time I've tried calling their office, it goes straight to voicemail. No one ever picks up the phone, or returns any voicemails. While I understand someone can't always be around to get to the phone, I've tried calling at various different times, different days, and always the same result. It's quite frustrating.

Excellent doctor however his staff need to learn how to return phone calls. My mother has been trying to get ahold of the office for months. I even sent a letter that I faxed from work asking them to please return our phone call. Neither of us received a reply. Parking is terrible there as well.

I am at the age where Cardiologists can be scary. Dr. Hugh took me through everything calmly, and explained what could be happening in a lifetime of weird and wonderful EKG's. No waiting. Just show up on time with your health card and list of medicines.

The staff is nice, but good luck trying to get someone on the phone. My dad has been waiting for testing since December… it’s now April. I call daily but never get in contact with anybody.
