Wonderful experience! The customer service was amazing and much appreciated! Our connecting flight was delayed causing us to have to cancel the entire first day of our trip - in stress and being so overwhelmed trying to explain to our 4 year old the adventure will have to start the next day- Journeys made sure to handle all the resort and travel reservations updates as we regrouped our flights.Definitely recommend and will use again!The Bethards

Journeys is excellent. Anna Swenson is top notch. She has planned many trips for our family. Most recently was a Disney cruise. It was a wonderful trip and the concierge experience was amazing.

We had a fabulous trip to St. Lucia planned by Erin Baird at Journeys. She was there to answer all my questions and help with anything we needed. It was a fabulous trip, thanks to Erin!!

Loved Live Aqua in Cancun. It was a great resort with lots of fun things to do and lots of restaurants to choose from. Krissy at Journeys was so helpful and patient with all my calls and emails and finding out things we need to know. I highly recommend her and Journeys Inc

Krissy & Kim were absolutely amazing! They made the wedding planning so smoothly and helped with all the resort booking and took so much stress off me, the bride.They had great communication the entire time & even surprised us with a nice bottle of champagne on arrival!

OMGGGGG!!!! We had the ABSOLUTE BEST! Experience at orlando studios in Florida our travel agent Mrs.Anna S. Booked Us a GREATTTTT trip with the best hotel Dock inn suites in Florida…We had good hotel service we had goood transportation(shuttle)to all the theme parks which was set up by Mrs.Anna She did her thing with this trip any questions I had she was there to answer them for me she was the best travel agent and this was our first family trip flying and etc. she made sure everything was GREAT for us…She called and checked on us to get us prepared days before the trip…She was just AMAZING this trip was a BREEZE all because of Mrs Anna…I would definitely recommend anyone that’s booking to book with Mrs Anna she will get the job done for youuu I promise she will keep you updated with EVERYTHING!!.Thank you Mrs Anna for the Best Trip I will definitely be booking with you again!!!!.- The Lee Family

My kids and I had another amazing trip to the Dominican Republic staying at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana all thanks to Krissy and Kim at Journeys Travel. They were helpful from the initial planning of the trip to the end. When I am looking to travel somewhere like the Caribbean, the first call i make is to Journeys.

Really enjoyed our trip; Anna provided everything we asked for. I do recommend travelers obtain an international calling plan so you can communicate with excursion providers that are not affiliated with the cruise line.

They made everything go smoothly. Journeys helped us pick the resort that had all we wanted. We would have never known of the Hyatt Cap Ziva without Journeys help. We will use them again.

I can't say enough great things about Journeys Inc. Due to COVID I had 3 travel agents. Two of them worked directly for Journeys and a third was an outside company. The two for Journeys were great. I started with Shannon McAfee. She was phenominal and very attentive in getting us all set up for our 20th Anniversary trip to Fiji. Thank goodness she had us get travel insurance, we needed it. Due to her moving up in the company we were sent to an outside agency (Xanadu, whom I DO NOT recommend) and had to get brought back to Journeys because of the inattentiveness from Xanadu. From the moment we rejoined Journeys, we are kept in the loop and had frequent communication with our new agent Kristi Ekman. She brought us to the finish line and assisted with rebooking our flights to ensure everything was painless. We had an amazing trip and will use Journeys Inc in the future. I have even recommended them to a few of my friends. They are a must in my opinion.
