Tried to go to the store before work. Drove 20min out of my way to get here for 7am and the store was not open!! No staff inside sign off and door locked even though advertised as being open at 7. Will never return to this location without being very vocal about this complaint!!!

I usually frequent this location after the gym on Sundays. The last few times I've gone have been less than satisfactory service. The attached pic was my chipotle chicken wrap from a few weeks ago...burnt not grilled. I ordered it along with a strawberry storm smoothie. On this occasion I was not asked about the free booster for my smoothie. This is the 3rd time in the last month I bought from this location and not an utter about the free booster. The other booster juice locations I have been to (Kenaston Common & Henderson), have eagerly asked me about the free booster with no hesitation. This location, I barely get a smile from the young ones working there and definitely no mention about the free booster. I feel like I’m bothering them by going there. I’m definitely done with this location.

It's all about convenience. It's way overpriced for what you get. Don't bother with the food, it's basically a tortilla with 3 pieces of spinach and 1 slice of tomato. If you're going there just stick with the regular sized smoothies, everything else is not worth it.

Ordered 2 smoothies. One of them wasn’t topped up and they’ve reversed the name of both the smoothies mentioned on the lid. How could you guys be so careless? What if someone is allergic to any of the toppings?

Pink hair lady was a dream. Great service from her 10/10. This review is concerning the silver hair older woman who I saw be rude to pink hair. “Did you refill the straws? How are you gonna drink it?” You catch more flies with honey. I hope she apologizes and this was a one off thing and not an ongoing work environment but reading the room it seemed like something that happens quite a bit. L. Treat people better y’all.

Placed an order through Door Dash at 1:58PM for 2 chicken chipotle wraps and a smoothie. I usually order from the portage location. I understand delays happen for delivery, that's fine with me. However, if I'm going to wait over an hour for burnt food and a smoothie with no straw? I'll pass. Thankfully Door Dash refunded me. I'm not sure what happened at the this location, but I'm not impressed. Please use a timer next time or re make the wraps. Don't provide your customers with burnt food and PLEASE provide them with a straw for their smoothies. I even asked the courier if she had one inside the Door Dash bag, after checking she realized there was no straw provided. No, I'm not exaggerating about the food being burnt, chicken and cheese inside were burnt as well. Unacceptable.

The lady at the counter didn't say anything to me when I wanted to order. She just stared the whole time. The other two people I was with said the same thing happened to them. No hello" or "what can I get for you" or anything.None of the works smiled
