I was there to pick up a snow suit I bought online but I went there earlier to see if the can give me one in store Instead but the white lady was so rude to me I understand it’s wasn’t possible to do that but there’s no need to be rude but I soon I bought something else changed her ton like honestly there’s no need to be rude to someone for just asking questions

One of my favourite store for children’s clothing. Not as much selection as the location in Gatineau but still decent. I would definitely recommend.

Just was in there to buy snow suit for my kid . I speak French but I talked English with them so they totally ignored me while the lady after me she come and they start helping her right away , veryyyyyy rude disrespectful, I will never spend a 1 $ there any more my husband spend more then 400 each month there but not after today ! I will let my friend knw also about that and make sure no body I knw will support such a thing . I wich I could give 0 star !

Rude and impolite staff, I felt discriminated by one of the managers because I didn't speak French. I would never recommend this place. I believed that we live on a multicultural country, free of racism.

C'est le meilleur magasin pour enfants! De plus, les vendeuses sont très gentilles et accueillantes! Jamais elle ne discrimineraient quelqu'un!

Nous y sommes allé trois fois pour poser des questions à des « spécialistes ». Les trois fois elles nous ont répondu d’aller voir sur internet.À quoi sert un magasin physique si les employés ne connaissent rien et ne sont d’aucune aide et où le 3/4 du stock ne s’y trouve pas?Maintenant on achète tout sur internet directement malheureusement.
