Thanks to John, was able to be get some residential snow clearing done on short notice. Excellent gentleman, high level of integrity.

I ordered this service on February 13 and am STILL waiting for them to clear the end of the driveway. In addition, they didn’t bother to come here on February 18 and I am STILL waiting for them to shovel the snow from today’s storm. Apparently John (owner) says it isn’t convenient for them to come before the snow finishes falling so they MAY come tomorrow.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.I have requested a refund.

Hired Halton Snow Removal (owned and operated by the Driveway Doctor) for snow removal service in December, 2016. Paid extra for snow removal by snow blower to protect my newly installed driveway. Despite the contract, the company used a plow causing over $8,000 damage. I cancelled the service immediately. The owner was un-professional, suggesting that I have no right to cancel because of the 60 day contract notice. He had no consideration for the damage, and tried to intimidate me with his wife's connection to a law firm. He breached the contract, caused damage and left us with the cleanup. 0" stars."

I have been using Halton snow removal services for two years now. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their service. I have never seen such an organized company in my life. I have used the big guys out there and even the small guy next door and no one compares to these fellas. While I was away on vacation my sister messaged me about the bad snow storm that was taking place in Oakville. I of course was sitting on a beach. Literally within a few minutes of having this conversation with my sister I got an email notification letting me know the plow truck has arrived at my home. They have an amazing tracking and notification system setup where their trucks notify me every time a truck arrives and departs from my house. The peace of mind this gave me all winter was worth its weight in gold.To the guys at Halton snow removal services, thank you for providing such a wonderful and professional service. You have made a terrible season (yucky cold winter) into a much less stressful season. Thanks guys!Lily
