We always hit up this Pho place whenever we head to the northeast. Always fast service! The male server with the mustache is always very polite! Food is always good price is fair. They have done some Renovations since the pandemic to have better spacing. They no longer have the communal chopstick/spoon/sauce dish dispenser at your table. To prevent the risk of spread. It’s been really hard for local restaurants through the pandemic. We will always support this business and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. ⭐️5/5

Pho Xuan Noodle House
The Bun Bo Hue here was great. Pho is ok. They provide lots of noodles for small sized bowl. Some people may like that, but it may also change the taste of the soup to become more starchy and lose the beef broth taste. Also, the noodles soak up all the broth as well. Would prefer the balance of meat and noodles. Staff are very friendly. Vietnamese ice coffee is great!

Highly recommended this place! I’ve been coming to this place for more than 10 years and its still the best pho place in Calgary! I have tried a lot of pho places and their broth doesn’t come close to this one. Its so flavourful and always delicious. The noodles here have great texture and don’t get soggy and when you ask for rare beef, it actually is. The owner he’s always here and he’s always so hard working. He is another reason why I love this place and why I love to keep coming back. If you want great pho come here!

Pho Xuan Noodle House
Always coming back to this place for pho whenever I’m in the north east. The food is good, and very affordable. Pho broth is good and not too heavy. Ingredients are always fresh and service is fast. Recently added bun rieu and bun Bo hue to their menu, so you have a couple more options. You will leave the place feeling full and satisfied.

Came in for lunch and ordered the Bun Bo Hue. The broth was very flavourful and came with a side of shrimp paste which is meant to be added - very authentic! The other ingredients (beef shank, pork sausage, blood, and pig feet) were also high quality and tasty.I intend to come back to try other dishes, but the Bun Bo Hue is the best I’ve had in Calgary. Staff are friendly. Overall a good experience.

Portion's are excellent, food is tasty here. This is one of my go to Pho restaurants when I am in this area and perhaps my colleagues go-to pho restaurant in all of the city.
