We are grandparents took 3 grandkids to see a movie saved all our scene points to do it. Card wouldn’t work, lady smiled and asked me to bring it up on the app it worked fine bite she said it was not working properly and promptly charged us $94 dollars. To keep my grand kids happy we paid it, they would not helps at all . Then we bought the worst tasting popcorn I ever had.The only reason they got 1 star, is I had to , to make a review. We will watch the movies when they come to tv

Very friendly and helpful staff. No line ups. Excellent variety of goodiesFresh popcorn and undiluted soda. I have the theater to myself, a really real big screen TV for the fraction admittance fee compared to Abbotsford. Sound is noticeably not any better or worse than Abby either, so for a 12 minute car ride, you can reward yourself with a quiet night out and, they have a nitro dot ice cream machine. Who doesn't like cotton candy ice cream in pearl size.

as much as i love a theater, cineplex continues to be overpriced on everything.. over 6 dollars for one iced tea! let alone 30+ for two tickets, to a kids movie!!

We've been attending this cinema for more than 10 years. We've ways found it to be clean, comfortable, and a pleasant space to take our grandchildren to see a show. Anytime over the years that we've encountered issues, the staff have been swift in finding a resolution that accommodates everyone. What we really appreciate about the Silver City Cinemas in Mission is the diversity inclusivess in the staff they've hired. Having disabilities ourselves, we appreciate that as an employer SilverCity makes accommodations for people with disabilities to be a thriving and productive part of their staff and by default, our community. We have always found all of the staff who work in this cinema to be well mannered thoughtfully attentive people, which adds high value to our family's limited entertainment dollars. Highly recommend this cinema for family outings.

I love this theater and I've been going to it for years; but they really need to update their seats. They are very uncomfortable for long periods of time!

Ah The Mission Cineplex, Where do I begin? The seats were torn and had metal pieces sticking out which my friend almost d*mn near cut himself on. The inside of the theater was freezing cold, and the lights in the theater were flickering constantly. my drink holder had absolutely no bottom so my drink went right through when i went to set in into the holder. The volume of the movie itself was actually deafening and at one point the theater actually started shaking because it is positioned right next to the railroad tracks. All of this mixed together with burnt popcorn and scarily overpriced movie tickets. I got to say its not one of the best theaters in the world. But hay its the only one in town so there really isn't anywhere else for me to go. Honestly I wish I were making all of this up.

I’ve been going to this Theatre for Years, and every visit is Great!! Unfortunately that’s not the Case for most Visits now. I’d love to give it 5 stars…but there’s just something wrong with Theatre 11. I don’t know if anybody else has this problem, but it was more noticeable when I saw a Marvel movie. When the Marvel logo showed up, I expect a Beautiful Hot Rod Red…what I got was a Disgusting Orange!! And this Theatres screen just keeps changing from Vivid Color’s, to a Gross Ugly Experience. Please tell me I’m not the Only one that notices this. The 3D Theatre 11 Screen has an UGLY Hue to it, and it ruins most of my Experiences in the Theatre. It’s Unfortunate.
