i’ve lived in the area for years and wondered about this spot so I decided to give it a go. it had decent portions, although I got one piece of banane pesé (fried plantain) which was disappointing. well priced.

Literally nothing was fresh.I could barely chew the meat it was so old and hard, the rice and plantains were so dry with no flavor. It felt like the entire plate had been sitting there for days.Very disappointed, especially for a $25 plate.

Great place to eat. One of the best place for real home cook haitian food. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned and spiced. The place could use some renovation. The service was amazing and tge people were so nice and welcoming. It took a little long for our order but its understandable since its made by scratch by two people and it was worth the waiting. Definetly would recomend it to others!

Service is very slow even for take out when ordering in advance, portions are generous, decent taste and affordable. Unwelcoming person and difficult to understand when answering the phone. Definitely a lack of cleaning and ambiance, notice that there's no pictures from inside the restaurant. There's barely a place to sit or tables to eat on site only a counter. Parking on street only.

The food is great one of the best taste in creole food BUT : service is very slow, it isnt clean, they will pass certain custommers before you according to their ethnicity. I read the reviews and apparently im not the only one who experienced this.

My 1st honest comment was deleted including the pictures showing the poor maintenance of the place, lack of ambiance and places to sit. There was also the menu, the food and the fridge with the beverages. Unfriendly man answering the phone, no delivery, parking on street and slow service, generous portions and affordable thu. If you notice no pictures from inside the restaurant are available.
