What a wonderful dinner we had. Starting off with Natasha! When you start off with a One Of A Kind server like her, it sets the mood. She was simply incredible and I will go back simply because of her. Now onto the food. To me its more a tapa style eating experience which I love. Started off with the Caprese Salad, the weakest of dishes to be honest but still ok. Next was the bruchetta, a mix of 3 varieties and all delicious. Seafood mix was bang on, not to heavy on the batter and tasty (scallops could have been a tad bigger as they get lost in the mix). Lamb chops were bang on and cooked perfect. Lastly the Tuna Crudo! great new way to serve it and the orange wedges made a great impact, never seen that before. Finally the raspberry cheese cake which didn't disappoint. Made with mascarpone instead of cream cheese, made the cake so fluffy. I highly recommend and there is also a patio you can sit at to eat. Keep in mind, at dusk the mosquitoes do come for a visit.

Absolutely love any chance I get to document a wedding at Adamo Estate. With the ceremony location overlooking the valley & the vineyard, the beautiful reception area with massive windows on the west side, the friendly staff, and of course the great wine and food, Adamo just checks all the boxes for a beautiful wedding experience. Can't wait to go back.

We stumbled upon this beautiful castlelike winery after walking a Bruce Trail segment. So very very impressed. Why go to N-o-t-lake??? Loved the ambiance and good service!

Outstanding wine and dining experience. Raj our server was phenomenal, we never wanted for anything and he made us feel so special. Wine is delicious and food is impeccable! Highly recommend

My mom and I had the best day ever here! The Chardonnay Musque was recommended by David and did not disappoint. He also gave us a quick tour of the barrel room which was a highlight of our visit. Our hostess with the mostess Norma made the wine tasting fun and informative! 10/10 would recommend!

Such a fantastic experience. Had brunch there (the brunch tower) and it was such a great meal. Everything tasted great and our server Natasha was friendly and amazing.We then did the wine tour and the tasting with the manager, Raj. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Some great wines but highly recommend the Estate Riesling as well as the Riesling Ice Wine.A great experience. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful location! We had the whole patio to ourselves. The truffle fries and tuna are a must try. All of the wines were delicious, we especially liked the Meritage and Rosé. We will definitely be back, such a beautiful space with kind friendly staff

I had the wine tasting, it was 4 glasses of 2oz pours. The wine was poured generously and the server was very knowledgeable about all the different wines. The wines were also delicious. I recommend the taster and I’ll definitely be back to do it again.

Was a beautiful winery, the shared plates were delicious that we tried. My husband said the oxtail was a bit too lemon forward, but I thought it was good.We were staying at Hockley Valley Resort for our 5th wedding anniversary.We also had a voucher from Hockley Valley resort for wine tasting and dinner for 2. Everything started off well with the server, who explained the voucher and took our order because there were some dishes that weren't a part of the voucher. Awesome, no problem. On top of the voucher, we also ordered some more drinks and another dish on top. Waited 20 mins for a beer to get cold, but even that my husband just chalked to bad timing. The server goes home for the day, and we get passed to another server, no problem. Asked for recommendations and was looking forward to picking up a few bottles of white for summer and my husband's mom. Dont really like Chardonnay, but the 1st server sold me on this one.The issue was when we asked for our bill, 1st time full amount for the whole meal was charged so we had to ask for the voucher to be honoured, honest mistake our 2nd server made no problem. Then the bill comes back with only 75% of the voucher honoured. We had to ask again. Then the bill comes back, and we are being charged for the most expensive item as our extra" because it's the policy the server said. I feel bad at this point because it's obviously not her calling the shots

Had an amazing brunch and wine tour at the estate with my sister. A minute into walking in, we were already greeted by the staff and lead into the patio. The chef that was walking around was so nice and friendly. the waiters recommendations were great! we ordered the waffle with the nutella and vanilla ice cream and I swear - they should make that into a combination dessert for their main menu. the wine tour was also pretty neat! a lot of history there and very much appreciated.wont be the last time i go!
