Sumas Laser Engraving & Design

I’m so disappointed in my experience with Sumas Laser Engraving & Design. After spending so much time trying to find the perfect gift for a very special bride and spending a pretty penny on a custom gift for her. I drove all the way to basically chilliwack to pick up this gift and within an hour and a half of me having it in my possession, 4 of the letters had fallen off. After messaging her she told me to “just glue them back on” which I did. I then had to spend my morning driving around town trying to find a frame to put the sign in so I could give it to the bride without any of the other letters falling off. THEN had to go to a friends house to have him trim the sign for it tofit in the frame that I bought. I am all for supporting small businesses and I really don’t mind paying extra as long as the quality is good. This sign probably cost her $10 to make on a piece of plywood and she charged me 10x that. I had to warn the bride to be super careful with the gift because I was afraid it was going to come apart more. How embarrassing. When I requested a 50% compensation for my time and extra money I had to spend on her mistakes, she offered me $10 for the glue I had to buy. Terrible customer service and terrible quality.

Amazing!!! I will 100% order again. I had a custom social media sign made for my spa/salon and I am so happy with how it turned out. Friendly service, was able to help me create a design and was very quick. Thank you so much :)

Bought the most beautiful custom board for my father in law for Christmas! Janelle absolutely crushed it! Amazing service all the way around! 11/10
