Excellent Golf Course! Friendly Staff and beautiful views of Mount Washington. The Clubhouse Lounge was a perfect ending to our round of golf . The beer was icy cold and the gyros, fries and wings were unbelievably good !!! Love the views from the Clubhouse Patio , best course in the Comox Valley ! Turning 100 years old this year and I hope to make the Tillicum Tournament.

If I could give a negative score on my experience at Sunnydale yesterday I would! It has seriously gone downhill.... The course itself needs some love but the most offensive of the day was the pro shop attendant. We requested golf carts but were told there weren't any available even though several were lined up outside the shop. When we transitioned from the front nine to the back 9 the carts were still in the same place. So we again asked for a golf cart. This time we were rudely told no because he didnt want to clean them! This person should not be working with customers.... ever! We will not return to this course.

Liked it so much I bought a membership. Pro shop is friendly and helpful. Greens on front 9 are lightning fast but to be expected in full sun at 3pm. Hint: ther's a hidden practice green for chipping on the 9th.Friendly staff and membership; I've golfed three times with a group and twice solo. Always had a good day, despite my score. :-)

If I could give a minus 5 review I would. On a Sunday after-noon we were stripped of our golf cart with 150 yards to go, on hole 18 and made us walk the rest of 18. Didn't bring us pull carts, and was very rude. Earlier, with 5 holes on 13 to go at 7:00 pm, they said they would like the cart back at 7:30. We said we would play as quick as possible. But then on 18 At 7:37 with 150 yards to go to the pin, they forced us out of cart and was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this course. I understand why they were dead on a beautiful Sunday after-noon.

Had a great first visit. Tough greens. Fast, with a lot of slope, but great shape. Very fair fees. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse. Worth the drive from Campbell River. I'll be back.

Well, it was a burn.Just came for taco tues and foundout its cancelled as of now.Oh well, such is life.So I had fish and chips.Over fried fish under fried frys, coleslaw was ok thought.So pehaps its a good thing the Tacos where cancelled. Cause you might be regretting them in the morning on the throne.

Sunnydale is a relatively flat walk with plenty of challenging lies on the humps and bumps. Good fun for the older or occasional golfer.

Nice course, small tough greens and kept up well but the brown fairways (although I know we are in a drought) could use some water. Bar staff could attempt to be a little more friendly, felt like we were putting them out.
