Pink lady roll. I detest avocado which is in sushi incessantly in Vancouver. I am sure the owners feel that have to cater to locals who think avocado in sushi is normal. Fast and delicious. I eat there often.

Absolutely fantastic food, really nice service, and a lovely, comfy dining space. Get dinner before a movie next time you go to park theatre!

Ordered sushi from this on uber. I was picking it up myself . I was met by a guy at the counter who told me it would be 30 minutes. People came in after me as I was waiting and had their food straight away. Although they were sitting in the sushi shop in question was still getting my money for food so why should I be any different? Food is great but I will be going elsewhere from now on mainly because of the ignorance of the guy behind the counter and the slowness of preparation

This was our first visit and found the food to be mediocre compared to other Japanese restaurants. The Volcano Roll was interesting and very filling, but overpowered by the mound of imitation crabmeat that it became unenjoyable after a few bites. The prawn tempura did not have nice light flakiness that I so like. And the chopped scallop avocado roll was underwhelming. The service was fine. This is more of a 2.5 star-place for me.

Great lunch special - I got the avocado rolls and yam rolls (8 pc each), which came with miso soup and salad for around $11. Delicious food and exceptionally fast service!

Sushi 7 is a small but charming sushi restaurant located in the heart of Vancouver. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere.Their sushi rolls are fresh, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the Salmon Aburi Sushi, House 7 Roll, and Awesome Roll- they are simply delicious.In addition to their sushi rolls, Sushi 7 also offers a variety of other dishes that are worth trying. The miso soup is flavorful and comforting, while the edamame and Goma Ae are the perfect snacks to start your meal.I highly recommend Sushi 7 to any sushi lovers in Vancouver. It is definitely a place worth visiting!

Food was acceptable given we were on the hunt for dinner.However, as the only table dining in on that snowy night service could have been better. Instead of me asking for extra bowls to share and refills on our tea and water, the servers should have been more proactive.

Delicious sushi, lovely employees. There are a few gluten free options that are celiac safe (NOT the BC rolls or spicy salmon. Avocado rolls were okay).

The sushi pieces in their lunch special are very small… so you might be happier doubling up on sushi instead of choosing a roll and something else. The fish is fresh. The only thing I really don’t like about this place is how chewy their seaweed is. Other restaurants have very delicate seaweed.

I ordered the lunch special with tuna and salmon nigiri for take-out. When I got it home (in a few minutes) I had to throw it out. The fish was off-colour (dull and almost milky brown tuna, mushy salmon). Really disappointing as I live in the area, love sushi and would have liked to support them.
