Peter Kwong, the owner, is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to teach and explain. I go to MKG North for yoga classes, and my yogi Alyssa is very knowledgeable and is willing to modify poses to accommodate my disabilities. Two thumbs up!

MKG North is a fantastic martial arts school committed to great health and helping other achieve a great way of life. Some people may think that martial arts is about hurting others but the style this school teaches is more about achieving full body health and increasing confidence. Peter is a fantastic instructor and his team follows his lead of providing high quality instruction. If you’re looking for an alternative exercise regimen, MKG North can be your place. I’ve dropped in for classes and haven’t been disappointed. It’s a great school!

Guro Peter is an amazing instructor with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Learning from him is always fun. He meets you where you are at with zero judgement and helps you learn and improve. Fun workouts with practical applications. Definitely check this school out! Totally worth it!!

My daughter (age 5) has been taking the kids martial arts class for about a month now. SHE LOVES IT!!! She asks multiple times a week if “today is a kali day?!” She comes home and can’t wait to show me what she’s learned and is so proud! She teaches her friends. It’s great exercise and so much fun for her. The owner/instructor Peter is fantastic with the kids! Just the right amount of patience, discipline and fun. It’s always a positive experience. So happy we chose this place!

Lil Ninja class has been fun and engaging while helping my son build strength, coordination, focus, self defense skills, and stamina. Peter is the sole instructor for the classes and takes his time to train each kid to learn the skills. He uses humor and also challenges the kids to work hard. Kids adore him and they learn alot from him.
