I get a notification with Canada Post tracking that two packages are waiting for me. I get one package but the other one is no where to be found. I ask them to look. The response I get is if it's not in your box it's not there".They close when they feel like it with no notice or explanation why.They have a couple very nice people there

they never leave parcel notice on the door and then the store is frequently closed for staff shortages" even tho they are in the back sorting mail!!!"

Mail consistently takes longer than it should to be delivered, tracking shows delivered and no package notification in box until next day or longer.
