i was disapointed that i did not have my ride today for my appointment for physio as i was told was booked last week when i called, some of the vounteers answering are not so nice as Christine, i had to call for a cab which is costly when you live too on cpp and oas from government, found out different from winter is now 7 work days versus the 7 days i was told prior, so now i know better''
