I had an amazing massage experience at this place. Got a deep tissue massage with Adam, he’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend this place!

i have received a few massages and i always liked them. today i received an acupuncture treatment and i enjoy it so much. Cindy (acupuncturist) was very professional, she listen to my concerns and helped me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. i liked that she double checked that she removed all the needles. definitely recommend

Nice staff and clean environment.Had a recommendation for Joyce as a masseuse and she was so kind and i enjoyed my relaxing session.Went back for some acupuncture and reflexology and had another person, i cant rememebr her name, and she was also fantastic. Great vibes, professional and it was a very comfortable environment, plus perfrct temperature throughout.

I have been a client of this location for more than a year. I have coverage through my work benefit plan, if a doctor's prescription is on file. This was provided, but immediately lost. When I returned for my next massage, with the expectation that I would be covered I was informed, after the massage, that they could not find my prescription, and that I would have to pay $135 out of pocket, file my own request for reimbursement, and then make another appointment with my doctor for a new prespcription. The receptionist seemed to question my integrity when I told her that I had provided a prescription. In fact, the previous massage had gone through insurance, so there must have been a prescription provided. I felt very embarrassed, stressed, and frustrated at the lack of good customer service, with no apology offered to me. I then received a phone call later that day to tell me that they had found my prescription, which had been improperly filed. My entire experience was ruined, as the relaxation of the massage, was wasted countered by the stressful situation immediately afterward. Very disappointed.

Excellent experience with George at The Massage Addict in The Annex. I went in with long-term back problems which were further aggravated by a bicycle accident. He was extremely helpful in his various techniques on the table targeting my areas of concern, as well as going beyond our scheduled time together to explain additional techniques that I could try at home. I left our second appointment feeling like a lot of progress had been made. Thank you so much for two great appointments thus far, I will absolutely book with George again.

Been to this massage place many times before. Easy to book and pretty friendly staff. They are a bit pricier but they do direct billing for insurance. Only complaint is that even though I've been here several times they always have a hard time finding my profile and it's such a big deal. There's always some sort of mix up with me and no one really knows how to correct it. Overall, I will definitely return the next time I want a massage and do recommend to those looking for a simple place to get a massage.
