Took my 7 year old daughter for the first time for an Open Gym session this past Sunday, and she loved it. She was very nervous and overwhelmed at first before the session started, but with the friendly coaches holding her hand to lead her into the gym, that changed quickly. She had so much fun, and can't wait to be back!

The trainer is not well equipped to deal with the girls. Does not know how to motivate the girls but knows how to tear their spirits. Very stressful dealing with them.
