The staff are very helpful and friendly! I wear progressive lenses and it is critical that the lenses are accurate! I have never had a problem with that at Highland Optical. I went somewhere else and couldn't even use the glasses. I will never go to another place again. It was great to have a honest person when picking out frames.

I love this store for the selection of frames and the quality of service every time I am there. My son and I have been getting our frames, sunglasses and regular glasses, here for years and we are never disappointed. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Excellent service and very friendly people. I bought my favourite frames at this location and when I was in a bicycle accident and broke them a few months later they graciously let me pick out frames to put my lenses in at no cost. Thank you so much Highland Optical. You have a customer for life.

Nav and his team are amazing. I accidentally hit my head on car’s door and my glasses’ frame bent a little and opened too wide. I walked in and explained this to Nav, within 5minutes he got the glasses fixed for me.Anytime we order new frame, they always arrive on time and the team here is great at following up.Dr. Richmond is a great optometrist and we are so satisfied getting our eyes examined by him.

The team at Highland Optical are the best we have ever dealt with when either my wife and I are in need of a pair of glasses. They are attentive, kind, always willing to help locate the best fit, and greatly respect their clients' needs and wants.
