Craigleith Campground

We had THE worst camping experience! It was our first time camping here and will be our last time. The security guards showed up like every hour with different excuses that we don’t follow rules, even at 11pm!!! Honestly me and my family camp few times every year in different locations and we are WELL aware of the parks rules and regulations. We never had anyone at any park to tell us anything!The campsites are not as nice anyway, very close to highway and noisy.I even had security guards coming to us couples years ago when we were there only for day useOver all, I don’t recommend this park to anyone!

The location is central to lots of great places to see and right on the Georgian Trail, which is great for cycling. It is small and squeezed between the highway and the water. The highway is busy and noisy all night long. The washrooms need to be rebuilt to bring them up to provincial park standards.

Nice campsites by the water quiet and clean facilities. The wood they sold was wet so wasn’t great for a campfire - bring your own

Campsites are small and close to other people, a bit more space and privacy would have been nice. But it's a small park so I guess that's just how it is.

I've always wanted to experience what it would be like to sleep on a highway. This campground satisfied that curiosity.

Close to 26, very noisy , amazing sunset ,lots of fossils !

Bare minimum. The park is ok with a few private campgrounds. The main problem is that its right by the highway, it's surprisingly pretty quiet at night but during the day all you hear is cars driving by.

Amazing sunset and very nice and sweet staff work hereThey keep it well clean.
