I bought a car from Mississauga Kia on August 2022(Kia Seltos 2023) and that time sales guy give me only one fob and explain me because of shortage of chip, you will receive second fob within 2-3 months but it has been almost 8 months and still waiting for fob. I received a letter from Kia Canada about my fob and spoke right after to service deparent and my sales guy. They did not handled my case properly. I am still waiting for my second fob. I spoke to Kia Canada Custoer service also.What type of customer service itnis?

I typically get my vehicle serviced at kia Brampton where i purchased it. I moved to the square one area and decided to try Kia Mississauga because it is closer. My entire experience here was not good from the start. I attempted to book an appointment online twice and there was never a confirmation email. So I had to call to make an appointment. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and I already knew I needed service 1 as per the maintenance schedule. The employee at the service counter stated I was between service 1 and 4 and I should just do service 4 because in 3000km I would need that anyways. Service#1 costs approx $80 plus tax and service#4 is close to $500. I asked if the maintenance schedule had changed and he said it will be for newer cars. I said I wanted service 1 and to follow the current maintenance schedule because no where is the new" maintenance schedule posted. He said okay service one and then stated it would be about 15 mins before my car would be brought in. 45 mins later my vehicle was still parked in the parking lot where I dropped it. I went to the counter and requested my keys back and left. It is disrespectful to not value your customers time

my phone call was routed to the receptionist. Was trying to make an appointment with their service department. was told that the service desk was very busy at the moment and would call me back. I left my name and number but never got a call back.
