STAY AWAY! They charge over 140$/pay (240$/month) for insurance for 2 people to have basic coverage (meds). The medication I need costs less then that. I asked to have them to cancel my coverage during the summer which did not seem to e an issue until I returned to work. They began charging me double. I called and complained. They looked into it and said it was because I used the term cancel" instead of "opt out". I told them the lady I had spoken to said she would do it. When I asked when they would stop charging me double I was given a date. It was not respected. I called back to find out why. I was given another story. This happened on another 2 occasions. In total I was told 3-4 different stories as to when I would stop being charged double. After 5 months they stopped charging me double. When I finally was able to change companies

THESE PEOPLE STINK A 1000 MILES AWAY. Another useless Quebecois company that sound as ignorant as their service. TWO months waiting for my claim that I submitted. First they send an e-mail- thank we acknowledge your claim.Weeks and month go buy... time to call in I thought 10 minutes of who are you date of birth home address... all the verification non sense... Person could not find my files even with the claim # finally after fumbling with their draconian CRM he finds it... .Oh it been transferred to our Canassistance you have to call them?! HELLO? i If they are your parnter why do I have to call them..can you not warm transfer my call ... no we cannot do dat... OK.. can you send them an e-mail and get back to me?No you half to call them.. Frustrated I replied... no one has returned my e-mail after they emailed me saying my claim was acknowledged. Why would you acknowledge my claim if this was another department? ZERO common sense...I had to ask who I was speaking 3 times to get a first name as I asked if I could talk to someone in management as this was way too much trouble... I did not want to go through the entire process again..."I cannot let you talk to a a manager...there is a process.... LOL!! Finally after talking in circles for 10 minutes.... "There is process I must go through to have a manager call you back.... please hold" A few minutes later.... OK MR...... I will have a manager call you back no later than a maximum of 30 days!! LOL!! What century are we in I asked..... Worse than federal government... NOT ACCEPTABLE! -100 STARS"

Absolutely disappointed with this scam of a company. Trying to cancel for the past 4 months with them. Still charging my account. Not able to speak to anyone to rectify this. My advice is to stay far away from this one. Originally signed up with SSQ, which was taken over by beneva or now la capitale. It seems they need to keep changing names to avoid the negative press. Not for long!

Good luck getting payment for any of the benefits you claim. Always an excuse for why they can’t pay you. Worst part is, we don’t even have an option to opt out of paying for their terrible service, so you’re stuck paying them for nothing.

Do not get any insurance policies from them, I signed up for one and never even received any documents or even the policy number, yet they have been charging my bank account for the premium cost of $55 every month, and I can’t even cancel it.. I’m stuck paying for a service that’s not even provided to me. Now I will have to close my bank account to stop this payment.DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THEM!! They’re not trustworthy.

terrible service. what a rip off. charge you out the wazoo for coverage to get pennies in return when I'm.the onen who has to jump through hoops. canceling is a freaking nightmare too. been a process waiting for them to answer because yoy can only cancel in writing then still got charged for another month's of coverage.

As an agent for their insurance products I find their rates are very competitive in the market place and their customer & broker service lines are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately most clients who are happy with the service they do not take the time to write postive review, whereas unhappy clients take the time to write a negative review and thats why the overall rating drops. If every happy client wrote a review the overall rating would be way higher. I would recommend them to clients and agents to do business with. Cheers.

By far the most incompetent company and people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are so illiterate that they don’t understand a simple question about reimbursing an overpaid premium. I’ve been on the phone for 5 consecutive hours trying to resolve a simple matter, spoke to 7 different people in 3 different departments and I still don’t have an answer after 2 months! My brain couldn’t take this idiocy: It’s simple math that they can’t do. BIG WARNING!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!

If I could get less than 1 star I would. This is our first month using this insurance but I am already having a very unpleasant experience with them.I had massages paid for June 5th and 19th but have not received my payments back. I called them to ask if they have received it and if they need more info or I need to do anything else. They said everything is good and that I will get my $ after 10 days.2 weeks past, no email, no call, or money from them, I called today and they said I am missing my receipts. They also told me that they would only honour credit or card transactions! Absolutely ridiculous! I pay my premiums and my company as well. They’re basically telling me that cash is not legal tender and that they can offer me a grace period of one time. Wow. This is even discriminating, only credit or cheque.Don’t sign up with this insurance company! They don’t wanna pay you back and make excuses. They give different information and no updates about your file.Absolute worst!I am so upset!!!
