First, my apologies that this review comes about three months after job completion. However, the whole home was pretty much gutted and put back together and is almost done. To post a review in this case without any pictures just seems lacking in many ways.The service really makes or breaks the experience. Ray completely exceeded expectations when I encountered some installation issues and really alleviated a lot of stress on my end. He personally came on-site to speak with the installers to ensure every single one of my concerns were communicated and agreed upon with the installers and ensured that I was happy with the end product.Below is the email I sent to Ray to thank him and his team for all his help. I really love the look and feel of the floors, really appreciate Ray’s guidance in choosing the product to put on and his hands on approach to issues that arose. Selyan's did a fabulous job installing a vinyl plank floor in my condo. They were recommended by the floor manufacturer so I was a bit apprehensive. But Ray was professional and communicative and their installers worked fast and did a great job. They finished early and although there was an issue (there's always something), they dealt with it quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had about 900 sq.ft. of the Karndean Korlock luxury vinyl flooring installed in my condo. The flooring is a great product and it was installed very professionally with no issues. I opted for the installation of the baseboard trim as well so the whole job was completed by the same installers in less than 2 days. I am very pleased with the results and overall look and give them a full endorsement.
