Also in and out in 10 minutes at a noon hour. No lineup and CSR was very knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t be any better than service I received and had multiple transactions.

This location is a hit or miss if it is going to be super busy or if there are a few people in line. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick.

In and out in 10 minutes. Went in to renew my health card and drivers license. Service rep I got was in training so I figured it would take a little longer, but they knew what they were doing... even went the extra mile to make sure my license plate renewal wasn't coming due. Excellent experience today; not at all like times in the past where it was an hour waiting in line at different locations.

Of all the Service Ontario locations I have visited over the years, this is by far the best one. The staff are friendly and polite, the waiting area is spacious and clean, and the parking lot is not overcrowded. The location itself is easily accessible from Victoria Road and the entrance is marked by a large sign to make visibility easier.

I went to update my temporary license plate. Professional and polite service. Counter staff worked efficiently to help the line through.Convenient as it closes later than other locations in the Guelph-KW area!
