We were recently happy to have Jarod perform an inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. He was very good of contacting us quickly upon our request and gave us a timely inspection based on our quick needs. He was on time and was prepared to walk us through the home afterwards. He gave us a detailed electronic review with photos so we can fix the things that required immediate and future action. We was very honest and thorough. The report was easy to read and follow. As for the price, I received the same quotes from several inspectors, however he came recommended and now we see why. Seem to us, as we have been home owner's on the past, he knew what he was talking about and is very knowledgeable. He also followed up a day later with some additional questions we had that required a second opinion. All of this helped in making a smart decision in our purchase.
