Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Was skeptical at first as the price seemed to good to be true but was i happy I contacted them. I was able to get updates on the vehicle and it even came sooner than expected. The car was in perfect condition. Five stars

Absolutely awesome. Good pricing for long distance transport. Amazing service. Alex is great, very responsive and genuine. When you're moving across the the country, you can definitely trust Alex and the Prestige crew to take care of you. Felt at ease with the whole process. These guys go above and beyond to make your transport needs as easy and stress-free as possible. Not to mention budget friendly. Would definitely go back to them again.

Have a worst transportation experience ever. The quote was made on Shiply, low quote was offered, once accepted, received the bill with new charges, fuel charge and QST. Checked the review was good, I am ok if you finish the job on time, but is not. The car dropped on the yard on January 8th. However the nightmare starts.I don't know how may time Alex failed on his promised dates, during this time, he has lied to me several times about the real location of the car and lots of excuse with the delay. He gave me the auto carrier in Calgary contact and finally got my car at the end of May. Take 20 weeks, finally have my car. Job is out contact to different carriers in different province. Be aware, he has no idea of where your car is.

Save you money and sanity!!! Find another company!! We contracted Alex to move a car for us from Toronto to Vancouver. Alex confirmed several times that my car would be in Vancouver by an agreed date to which he did not meet!! We ended up having to switch the pickup location to Calgary based on the progression of the car which thankfully we knew because of an AirTag that was placed in the car. Alex told us nothing but lies and misleading information. As others have mentioned he contracts out the work and has no actual idea where your vehicle is.. I am sure he will rebut this review by saying “Safety of the drivers and vehicles is their priority” but if he actually had of moved the vehicle when it was originally dropped off there would have been ample time for unfortunate circumstances would have been built in.. By far the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I beg you to go elsewhere!!!

Alex was great to work with. Straight forward, friendly, courteous, professional, polite and to the point. Kept me up to date and always responded to my messages right away. I felt confident that I was shipping my car with him. Car arrived as promised and it looked great! Highly recommend.

Just so if anybody is considering doing business with this company is aware, I would like to share my on-going experience.March 28 2023 I shipped my car from Kelowna B.C and was told it would take two weeks to get to Montreal.Well Its been 7 weeks and the car still not herehe never called me for any updates I had to call just to be told all the lies and he was never able to give me exact car location.I was so fed up with his lies and don’t want to deal with this guy.I’m still waiting and paying for the rental car which cost me $52 everyday to commute to work. He said he will cover my rental and his accountant will be contacting me which never happened.So be more considerate if you are thinking of shipping your car with this company.

This company is not what it seems! They will absolutely deliver your vehicle to the requested province or state. However, you will have to fight tooth and nail and pay additional money to get your vehicle out of the shipping area! The regular disclosed cost of service is not at all true to what you’ll actually pay… They do not honour their time lines or schedules. I highly recommend going with another company! I’m just a customer who experienced bad enough service to feel the need to write a review. Please people don’t trust this company! Trying to save you guys some headaches. Worst experience ever. I should have listened to the negative reviews, I’m so frustrated!

Horrible.This company took my money and did not honor their delivery obligations. I have been waiting for my car to be delivered for over six weeks, and during that time, they have lied to me several times about the real location of the car. The car has not yet been delivered.I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone for shipping vehicles.

Do not ship your vehicle with this company. If you want to be stuck with a rental for days and no compensation, this is what this company has to offer. Vehicle was shipped almost a month ago, being told it would be there on a specific day. I understand a few days delay, but when it’s weeks delayed, that is unprofessional. Being told over and over it would be there, only to continue hearing the same excuses. Still have YET to receive the vehicle by the way.Just because you are keeping in touch, does not make things right considering the situation. This service was a huge let down and I STRONGLY suggest you look for someone else to ship your vehicle.
