Their prices are market fair.The staff was very friendly and warm.The apartments are modern and well kept.I don't need a place that has been updated to way over the top.These apartments are clean,safe and well maintained.And that's what you need.Make it your home.And you can be happy here.

I lived here​ years ago. The rent was a little high with the price to park to. But overall it was a very clean and cozy apartment. Very nice neighborhood.

From my experiences and after talking with another family in the building. I am forced to conclude that some of the staff is just inherently racist. Not only do they randomly talk down to you if you happen to have some color in your skin, but today I just got accosted for creating a mess in the lobby. Which I substantiated with proof that it couldn't have been me, but the staff continued on their verbal tirade of making 0 sense and told me that the mess didn't exist before you moved in"; to which I replied with saying "I have been in the building for about 6 years" after which the conversation was stopped. Its odd that staff in a building with prejudices against the tenants are allowed to operate in 2021. Pretty deplorable."

This building since the new staff took over has improved SO much. Before that I would have never recommended living here but now, the staff are very nice and respectful. The common areas are cleaned regularly. Things in the building actually get completed, for example, a new Laundry & Lobby area which the old staff neglected to get done leaving us without laundry or mail for 6+ months. No longer are notes being put up by tenants begging staff to do their jobs. Oh and the best part the passive aggressive notes from the main office have stopped. It's amazing what happens when the staff actually do the job they were hired to do without being rude to tenants.Who ever made the call to clean house and hire all new people was 100% smart in doing so. Highly recommend living here.

With the new management team, I can see clear difference. The manager and the staffs are all kind, quick, organized and take good care of residents. Thanks, team!

About a year ago this review would have been a one star. But now, I tip my hat to you. Your new staff is exceptional. Went into the office one day and they asked if there was any issues with my unit. I had mentioned to them how many issues were never resolved. The new staff fixed the majority of the issues within a week and told me they would be contacting me about the rest shortly. I've never had issues at any other places I've rented from and so it was disappointing when I first moved in, but now, I can honestly say that I am happy here and to call it home. Keep up the great work, your new staff deserve a great praise for being kind, caring and being on the ball. I highly recommend this place and most of all your new and friendly staff. :)

Lived here a year. That was way too long. Very rude staff, maitenence men who lie and are lazy. They never fixed one thing we needed fixing, and often told us the broken, inconveniences were normal for apartment living. They will not communicate with you and ignore you when you try, resorting to stuffing notes under your door while you’re home. Very unwelcoming environment at the office if you try to go speak one on one, there is always many people surrounding you and making you uncomfortable. If you ever can’t find a staff member, just look out your front window because they will be standing in a huddle smoking all day.

I'm very satisfied with the new staff. They care about the buildings and the tenants. They work hard at providing good service.

The Building smells bad due to vermin going in the walls dying and rotting.The smell in my apartment is unbearable.They pump air through the hallway vent in the building to mask the smell but won’t fix it.They won’t lift a finger To fix the smell problem they’re perfectly OK with it.

The apartments look nothing like their ads. Low income buildings and residents for sure. Their long application process is silly. Snow plows will only ever do the isles of the lot, so you'll always have to shovel your parking spot or pay one of the residents who offer that service for extra money.
