Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre

I hate to give this place such a low rating, but I paid over 600$ for a full detailing and they left many parts not only untouched and dirty, but they managed to ruin the logo (pictured) as well. They also gave the car to me absolutely soaked with water - I could understand damp but my pants were saturated after a 3 minute drive home. The only reason I gave it two stars was the manager agreed to re-do it, but it should have never been done so poorly to begin with and they should have issued a partial refund for the damaged logo and the inconvenience of being without my vehicle for additional time.

Went for an internal cleaning the other week. Had a few issues with the original cleaning. Ilirian reached out and had me come back and he took care of everything for me. Overall happy with the cleaning service and customer service.

Customer service is excellent. Very friendly staff. Lala is very helpful & sweet. I value my time more than anything, they drove me to the gym after I dropped my car off for a 1.5 hour detail. I appreciate when the things I care about are looked after. Thank you!

Ilirian is the store manager. I came to him with an oil spill in my trunk! I thought I could never get it out. He went above and beyond to make sure my trunk was clean. He stayed an hour late on Sunday getting all the oil out and told me to come back the next day to make sure I was happy. When I came back he took my car in the back and dried my trunk to make sure no oil was left. He also doubled checked to make sure I was satisfied.This is the best customer service I’ve ever had!This is the only bubbles I will ever go to again!!

My fiancé has been coming here years before, and I tag along, and the experience and services and staff members are very good and friendly. Great atmosphere, good energy. I’m going to eventually get a membership here to once I start to drive as well. It’s like a spa day, but for a vehicle. Which is pleasant! The car always comes out spotless and nice and shiny. The best part is that you don’t have to lift a finger. Just sit in the lobby and enjoy a free coffee on them. They’ve got really good coffee as well. Moe is one of the awesome workers, he’s always friendly and talks to us, and makes the experience even more enjoyable. He’s good company. 5 star review on this bubbles and Moe and one other person whom is a manger but I forgot his name. And as well as the other staff. Very nice peoples.

I went to Bubbles on Jasper ave to get the mud washed off my truck and have the interior cleaned. For what I wanted done I was told it will cost $260. WOW! That is for seats shampooed, carpets vacuumed, the whole interior cleaned and the exterior cleaned as well I am told. The truck was muddy outside and dirty inside so I figured it would be worth it. WRONG. When I picked up the truck (the first time) I instantly noticed that the slip tank in the box of the truck was still covered with dirt, dripping down between the box and cab of the truck was dirt. After looking closer I found that the box of the truck had dirt, rocks, and branches still in it. The under carriage of the truck was still caked in mud. I opened the doors and found the carpet still dusty and full of dirt, stains on the seats, stains on the centre console, dust and dirt everywhere, dirt and sticky residue in cup holders and pretty much every nook and cranny. Ive never felt so ripped off. I told one of the workers that my truck was still dirty everywhere and she said no problem they will put it through again. I was in a rush and furious but waited for another wash.When I got home and looked at my truck again and how dirty it still was all I could think about was how I spent $260 and don't have a clean truck. I called in the morning and explained the issue. The manager said to bring it back and they will have it all fixed for me. I took the truck back and showed Linda what I was unhappy with, well tried to. She pretty much just brushed me off and made excuses like I was a waste of her time. She told me that cleaning the box of the truck is not included. She told me the carpets weren't shampooed only vacuumed and that the interior just gets a wipe down. I tried to show her how muddy the undercarriage was and she wouldn't even bend down to take a look. She said it would all be dealt with and to come back before 5pm to pick it up.When I picked my truck up I was explained to that the seats had some spots that weren't going to come out. Not a big deal I said but taking one look at the undercarriage I saw that it was still caked in mud. Dry mud. They didn't even try to clean where I had pointed out to the manager I wanted cleaned. I told the worker and she said she would have it cleaned. After a FOURTH WASH I was told that it was impossible to clean under the truck and it needed to be put on a hoist. Thats a nice mudding truck you have there" I was sarcastically told by an employee before driving away in my still dirty truck. I went home and sprayed the mud off the undercarriage myself. Used some armour all wipes to clean all the sticky stuff in the cup holders and cleaned out my centre console myself. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. DO NOT GO TO BUBBLES ON JASPER."

Very happy monthly premium subscription member. I use many Bubbles locations, however the one on Jasper is my regular, and Moe knows exactly how I like my car. Highly recommended!

The guy I spoke to was really good at convincing me to add more cleaning stuff to my package (probably for his commission- i assume not sure). But he did promise to clean the rims and the inside ceiling of the car as part of the deal, along with interior shampooing & cleaning which was gonna cost me 500 CAD plus GST.Upon picking up my car after two and a half hours, I noticed that the rims had only been cleaned with water, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the interior ceiling was only partially cleaned, as they explained that some spots were difficult to remove and suggested I try again in the future. Furthermore, there were still multiple spots on the seats, although I must admit that the floor was exceptionally clean, deserving a five-star rating.Considering the overall outcome, I feel that I essentially received a standard cleaning service. Interestingly, I have discovered alternative options where a company would come to my home and provide the same level of service for only one-third of the amount I paid at this particular establishment. Therefore, regrettably, I cannot recommend anyone to visit this car detailing service based on my personal experience.

One reason for the low score was the sales lady, Tues, Mar 21 at lunch, downtown location.  All I wanted was a basic inside and outside and the price starts at $100?   I said there has to be something lower, to which she replied NO.  She continues by asking if I wanted shampoo and I said no, and I may have even declined a vacuum but I am unsure because I was still waiting for a lower price to be offered.  It is a small SUV that I have, but numerous times have I taken mine and my wife's to the west end Bubbles and had a basic exterior performed for $21.  How does the basic interior add $80??I get it, the sales people are commission oriented but, to not show me the scratch pad they work from was insulting and somewhat suspect, this is what used to occur, . . . I am certain there is a price point in the $65 range.As I walked away she offered $90 and asked if I wanted the dash done and I said does that come with the $90 basic to which she says no, . . . and then I said well if there is no vacuum or dash, what does get cleaned on a basic interior?  I must have stunned her because the discussion ended there and she let me go, no apology, no offer lower than the $90 and I look like the bad guy.Simply appalling, I cannot be the only one who has experienced this egregious upsell.  Bubbles has done better before, hopefully their sales staff gets some more  training on diplomacy.
