I went in this afternoon with my 2 year old and 3 week old to get us all passport photos. We had gone the day before and we’re unsuccessful as my newborn was too sleepy and my toddler was a little cranky. David helped us today and he was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with my toddler. Made it extremely easy to take photos for my newborn. Extremely impressed and happy! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. ASK FOR DAVID!

Worst customer service experience. I would not recommend this studio to anyone. They are expensive and not worth it. I waited 3 days for my photos to be emailed to me. David McKay is not solution oriented and I was greatly inconvenience. Go get your photos at UPS instead.

We had no idea that everything was digital and they don't print or edit the pics anymore. On top of that digital pics COST SO MUCH. We could have done it all by ourself with help of family or friends. They should have mentioned over the phone about their changes. Never ever going again.

The photos are not good quality, says they edited but doesn’t appear so. Waste of money, take your money else where. Wish I just took them myself could have turned out way better. I thought going here would have the pictures looking professional but not at all.

My is experience is horrible, bad customer service. They are unprofessional. The photos are so bad and horrible. I wasted my $150! I won't recommend this photo studio to anyone.

I had a bad experience with this company. The photos from our on-location photoshoot unfortunately were not professional looking at all and very amateur. I know someone who worked here and she told me they pay the on-location photographers $20-$30 an hour and charge $200 for the photos. She also said if there's not enough time then they will tell you the photos are edited when they are not. If you are willing to risk it to save a few bucks then go with this company.

They're thieves! Charging people $40 to get a passport photo and then has the audacity to justify their price by saying you get a digital copy. Why would you need a digital copy of a passport photo,if they don't accept that photo you can't re-use it. Go to any Pro Passport Photo location and they charge $15. The lady at this photo place claimed we couldn't find anywhere cheaper...well to that photo lady I found a company that has different locations around the city Thanks! We just went through a whole pandemic, people want to travel at an affordable cost they shouldn't haven't to pay $40 for a 2 2inch photos with no facial expression.
