Blown away by our experience with Jaguar Hunt Club. We came in after seeing a used car on the lot and immediately were greeted by David. He was excellent from the start and not pushy like we’ve had at other dealerships. He was able to work around our schedule and get us in the car within a week. Even called the day before pickup to let us know the car was ready early. At pickup the car was immaculate and they did a big reveal under a red blanket. It really made us feel special even though we were buying a non brand used car. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. From our salesman to finance to sales manager - they were all great! Best dealership experience we’ve had and we have bought many cars in the last few years so that says a lot!

I just dropped by to see how the NanaWall SL82 folding systems were working out. To my great delight and surprise, I was given the grand tour of this amazing dealership by the general manager himself. If a supplier is treated this well, I can only imagine how well an actual customer is taken care of! Kudos to Leslie Mise, GM of JLR Hunt Club in Ottawa.

I dropped my 2019 F-Pace in for a repair and received excellent customer service at drop off straight through to pick-up, including having it ready before the originally stated return date. My experience with Ryan was a great one!
