Few months back, Vlad Zazheuski from this company came to give me an estimate for waterproofing the walls of the cold room located at the back of the house, it was a very unpleasant experience, because every time I asked a question he told me to stop and he continued talking I asked him why wasn’t he answering my questions and he said you will get all the information on the paper’s estimate, I didn’t understand him because I needed to explained to him what I needed done in my property besides waterproofing but he just kept talking, once he finished it, ge gave me his business card and left.Never sent me the estimate or called me to tell whether he will do the job or not.I feel and think this it’s not the way to treat customers , customer satisfacéis number one when it comes to any type of busses.I was very disappointed at the very poor social skills this person had, after meeting this man I had the pleasure of meeting other contractors and they were amazing, what a huge differenceI am sharing this information with others so they can be aware that this company doesn’t care about customer satisfactionUnhappy customer.

Amazing! Had a plumbing emergency, clogged pipes, sewage backup. These guys took care of the issue same day. Very quick and professional. Highly recommend
