After an unfortunate experience at a nearby competitor, FIKA was a breath of fresh air. The store is clean, moderately lit (no headaches!), and has a comfortable air to it. Signage includes strain and product details, presented in a way that's easy to understand.Regarding my experience: My eyesight is absolutely horrid. Rather than forcing me to stand squinting a few inches from the signage, Natalie (the name from the receipt, I do hope I've got the right one) asked what I was after and did a detailed walkthrough of anything they had in the store that might fit my use case. Very refreshing after being told to go home and look on the website" by their competitor down the road.I don't want to pad the review too much

This was my first experience going inti a cannabis store and the worker there, Jennifer (at least thats the name on my recipt), was absolutely wonderful. She happily answered all my questions and made wonderful suggestions. I will definitely be going back because of the lovely, stress free experience.

The store itself was nice, clean, organized but the girl that helped me, Randy, I dont know if she is bringing her problems to work with her or what but wow what a rude girl. & maybe it's just me but you shouldnt you be able to maintain eye contact when you're in retail? Either way she ruined it for me, won't be back. Very nice store though

Sorry man website says it's open until 7:00 p.m. but both doors on inside and out are locked. Not sure what's going on just wanted to make a purchase. If someone's on break they should put a sign up on the door stating so so we know if it's worth it to wait or go to another store and spend our money there

This location by far provides the best level of client experience. Prabhleen takes the time and effort to educate the clients on the products. She's attentive and asks the right questions, so you know you're getting what you need depending on your situation! I have to add that both Prabhleen and Kirsten are by far the friendliest people I've encountered in a Dispensary ever! Thanks again!

Fika has always provided me with exceptional quality and service. Specifically a staff member with a name that starts with J. For the life of me I can not remember her name. She has always been so pleasant in assisting me with choosing products that meet my needs and also has suggested some alternatives and new options to try as well. As a previous worker in the service industry I applaud her efforts in making a pleasant experience and environment without seeming overly pushy to make a sale. She has also never once showed any disinterest in supporting the customer with their shopping experience either.

Not to happy.. asked for a indica brand with highest terps an got sold a complete sativa. Was labeled as Indica but did research on the exact brand and strain after felt rushed.

Amazing experience!!! Clean store, well maintained and labeled. Morgan is wonderful and personable. She gave amazing recommendations and explained everything wonderfully. Owner was friendly and helpful. He knows his product well and I would recommend coming to this location to friends and family
