Went in with an idea of what I wanted (a new TV) but Celina quickly fine tuned what I needed, helped me through the extended warranty decision and had me out the door with the TV within 15 minutes of arrival, including having opened the box and completing a test run to make sure everything worked as planned. Excellent service - I will be back!

Service above and beyond. Patience to hear the customer's concerns. When difficulty arose, responded to try and fix it. Needs a big strong man to assist in loading awkward or heavy furniture at the warehouse areac, out back. Needs to have a ready set of straps available to properly secure losds. And TRUST the customer to bring them back. Free of charge; not extra after the sale is completed.
