Choosing a physio can be challenging because there are so many options, especially in the lower mainland. Many options have good training too.However Westcoast SCI clearly has a team rooted with experience. Further, the one on one focus is incredibly valuable. I have visited dozens of Physio places over dozens of years years and this place is absolutely the best.Special thanks to Dom who really helped me navigate chronic lower back issues.Don’t debate just book.

My experience at Westcoast SCI has been nothing but positive. Natasha is such a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate therapist and just an all-round lovely person to interact with. She's always up to-date on the latest research, and she has done an excellent job of tailoring intervention to suit my needs and life circumstances as well as helping me to feel empowered with a better understanding of my condition and helpful strategies for managing pain. The front desk staff are also friendly and courteous and always make you feel safe with their adherence to covid-19 protocols. 10/10 would recommend!

We met Gabriel during my sons leg lengthening journey. Gabriel was very professional and always went above and beyond. He was funny, encouraging, compassionate and able to push all of us to always give our best and never to give up. My family will never forget how much Gabriel helped my son walk again and I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

They get back to you quickly when you initiate contact. I was able to obtain an appointment within a week and am now set up with kinesiologists to monitor my recovery through a physiotherapist designed exercise program. Domininc was very thorough in understanding my condition. I didn't feel rushed in any way and he helped me solve one aspect of the pain I experience on the spot. I start my exercising soon! So happy to find this clinic.

I found exactly what I was looking for with Jayde! I've only had 1 appt so far, but booking was easy and she's super accessible and easy to communicate with by email. During my first appt she asked great questions. She listened to my rambling answers, made sense of them and articulated them back concisely. I felt heard and very supported. Together we came up with a plan for rehab back into life that I'm really excited about. Reception, booking, payment, etc. is all SUPER easy, parking is right out front; and it's all brand new, clean and pretty inside. LOVE.

A better job needs to be done training the practitioners or at least ensure they are at an adequate level to provide treatment to a reasonable level. I am aware newer therapists will be somewhat inexperienced with all of the treatment options available or provided by others, but there should be a minimum level needed to take on clients by themselves.
