I spoke to Wan over the phone before heading over to Soft Comp and he seemed knowledgable and committed enough to be worth my time.I'm very good with computers and have never run into an issue that I couldnt solve from virus to rebooting loops, cpu overload u name it.The problem I was having was in BIOS or so I thought. To make a long story short, I shared conversations with 3 guys there who were all very informative and only charged me pennies for their time.It didn't feel like I went to a repair shop it felt like I was helped by friends.

I went in with price quotes from the Internet on what to expect for the job I wanted done. The technician, Wan Feng, suggested a different approach that would allow me to use a more efficient part and would cut the time needed to work on it by more than 75%.So, not only did Mr. Feng save me money on the part, he eliminated three quarters of the cost that would have gone right into his cash register.This isn't the first time this has happened. My family has been using Soft Comps services for two decades. They've come through - time and again - going above and beyond.The business is a treasure. The staff more than knowledgeable about anything you would want done. I really can't recommend this place enough.

I called Soft Comp yesterday to find out about upgrading my 7 year old Windows 7 Pro custom computer to Windows 10. As promised, today Wan came to the house and he decided to do the upgrade onsite with a remote connection for any problems rather than take the computer to their shop. I could not be more pleased. It all went smoothly, my questions were answered, I was shown how to use the upgrade and even a later problem that caused me to call the shop was answered and solved. The price was more than fair. Based on this experience I highly recommend this shop.
