Found this sharp plastic piece in one of our wraps today (~4 pm). When we called and spoke with supervisor to just inform them so that they can make sure no one else gets anything with plastic in it, the supervisor was super rude to us. She definitely has hate in her. We will definitely try to escalate this..

Went before work and ordered 2 sausage biscuits with the egg substituted for hash brown and I received a BACON biscuit with 2 tiny pieces of bacon with NO HASHBROWN and the most processed cheese I’ve ever seen on a sandwich. No idea how this happens

Drive through staff was slow and confused. When we got to the window finally, the girl had the debit reader hanging out the window at me and gave me an annoyed look when I presented my phone for points. Then she didn't say a word to me and barely looked at me as she shoved my order out the window. The hot latte did not have a sleeve and kind of burnt my friends hands also. Not to mention our SAD" cookies!!September 13th

Ordered a jalapeño bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. Got an everything bagel. Soggy and disgusting. Got coffees. They were horrible. We were the first customers of the day. I got to Tim’s to get a good coffee. They just produce garbage these days. Awful.

Sadly, not the greatest experience here. They only had 2 people working a Sunday mid day rush. Waited almost an 45 min for the person in front of me to get their coffee was then told I'd have to wait another 10 minutes for my stepped tea.The staff seemed to prioritize the drive through window, and when an order for food came in they just slowed down altogether. I don't blame the workers, they were diligently trying to keep up.Having at least another staff there would make the experience that much better!

I've been here multiple times in the last few years, thanks to camping in Algonquin. Michael, who was at the cash counter, was very welcoming as not only did he help us choose a few items but also served us the order when we got seated at the table. Thanks to him, this branch definitely made us remember this branch of Tim Hortons.Bonus points: The lake view from this location while sipping coffee makes us want to come here more often right from Toronto.

This store has a serious issue. Every time you order (at least that what happened to me), any drink in a paper cup, larger than medium, you will not get the full amount of the drink. I'm pretty sure this is coming from the owner of the store, that is how the employees were trained.
