Hickens is the absolute best auto shop in town! The staff truly knows their stuff and will go above and beyond to help their customers; myself being one. They will find you just what you need at a more than affordable price. I appreciate all the help I recieve every time I visit Hickens. Knowledgeable super friendly staff. Been going here since I moved to the island. They only do what's needed and actually listen to what you have to say. Bot the usual feeling of I'm the mechanic and your not... Highly recommend their service!

Brought my car there and when i receive it it had brake warning light on which wasnt there before, i brought it back to get fixed and they said it was fixed and the brake warning light still on and it says not to drive the car like that, not impressed.

This is an extremely well ran business. Very friendly service and fair prices. We have purchased tires at this service center for many years and they always provide a good selection and are knowledgeable on the best option for your circumstance. They install, balance and also provide studding service as well. We have started coming here for our vehicle maintenance versus the local dealers over the past couple of years. Service and price are much better than other options.

I was in today to get my tires changed to all seasons. I'm taking my car there June 1st to get the rocker panels put on. They are friendly and a nice place to go get your car worked on.
