Staff is very helpful. They are busy here, son plan ahead. They replaced the brakes on my bike and did a tuneup. Happy with the work.

My kids and I came here to get some bike repairs on short notice, and due to the amount of work they had on hand, they were not able to help us. However, they were able to fix one bike for us due to it being an easy fix. Despite not having the time to work on my family's bikes on short notice, they were able to supply us with the parts needed to repair all our bikes. Between the friendly service, the great prices, and the timely manner that they helped us, I will be taking all my bike needs to this place, and you should too.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, and they went above and beyond to ensure my young daughter’s bike was fixed the day it was brought in. There was no up-selling, no repeated calls back to try and pry extra dollars from my wallet.This is what I expect from any bike shop honestly, but I’m leaving a review because this is not the experience I’ve had at other shops in Medicine Hat.

These guys built up and maintained my bike for me for years! It was an old devinci dirt jumper and it was not an easy bike to keep on the road! Sometimes if I needed a repair on the fly ben would let me use his tools to quickly swap out a blown tube or adjust my chain tensioner. Over time they all became my friends too, and I always feel welcome in the store, even the shop kitties have come to like me. I like the small business aspect of gravity sports compared to cyclepath, theyre a corporation and I like knowing the person who my business supports. Also I want to mention, Dean is an amazing bike mechanic and is a wizard at building custom wheels! I spent $200 on a custom 24 wheel for my dirt jumper

As always good friends that are always ready to help a person out anyway they can. Thanks for all your help guys! I have two of the most awesome bikes in town thanks to you!

I had my bike serviced here recently and the guys did a great job. They called me to update me with what they found and were able to explain everything clearly. They had all the parts my bike required and were able to get it done in a timely manner.After riding it for a few days after servicing, I found some of the gears difficult to get to so I brought it back to the shop. They immediately had it up on the stand and did some adjustments that improved the shifting. They also took the time to answer my questions and educate me on how mountain bikes are typically tuned. Many of the problems I was finding were just a result of me not understanding the intention of the different gears.Great customer service through the whole process. Thanks again guys.
