LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

This is the second time that I have a great experience here. Once for a holter and other as a walk in. Staff was friendly and efficient, waiting time were low (on a Thursday morning). Mondays are busy. The nurse was great, she talked to me and distracted me. I didn’t even feel the needle. Such an angel! I do have fear of needles but she was great. I didn’t feel anything at all. If needed, I’ll definitely come back. I hope I don’t need to come back as often lol

Please go to another life labs if you can.. these nurses are very inexperienced. They poked me 3 times and still couldn’t get any blood out. My dad had the same experience a year ago as well when they had to poke him twice because they were unsure of where to put the needle in and my dad is a pretty big guy so one poke should’ve gotten the job done. Please please go to another life labs if you can!

The staff here are terrible and have no empathy for you. I've gotten shuffled around and told that I can't come here to get test even though the other LifeLabs told me after a 45 minute wait there that I should go to this place instead. They are so unhelpful and it's impossible to get STI tests done anywhere it seems in Surrey. LifeLabs doesn't do it and none of the doctors offices would accept patients even early in the morning. I'm tired of this. I'm just trying to look after my health and it's like nobody cares. I'm told I need to go into Vancouver but I don't even know if the Life Labs in Vancouver will help me because all I expect his lies and long wait times from your company. I wish I could sit give zero stars. I had a panic attack and they didn't care at all

There's one nurse that works the front desk at this facility who needs a very long vacation, or possible to find another career. I understand working with people can be difficult. But if its causing you basic lack of human empathy, and causing you as much stress as she seems like she's under every time I go there, then maybe you should find another career. This women is on the next level and it makes no sense. She needs a career change I think

X-ray tech was professional and friendly! Would have liked a place that cared for their location a bit more! Hung my coat on a hook supported with duct tape, a couple of poor condition chairs and just an old location in general! I’d go here for convenience but if any spot closer opened up they’d get my business

Front desk is still going crazy about mask use. Telling me it is mandatory all over LifeLabs, which is not true at other locations. Also were trying to teach me how to do my blood work and when, while I wasn't asking for it.Hard to find free parking.

Staff at reception are very unprofessional, i would give a ZERO star review if i could. If you want ppl to respect you and higher wage, EARN IT BY DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT FIRST! Not whipping all day, blame everything on others and not seeing your own problems! PEOPLE GIVE BAD REVIEW FOR A REASON

Unprofessional attitude from Lucy the receptionist. Please train your staff better. If your life is terrible, please do not take it out on the customers. That is your own problem.
