We were SO impressed with the service we received from Modern Purair. From the lovely woman who answered our initial call to Mike Almond (Leduc branch) who came to clean our ducts and vents, we could not be more impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and ability to get a great job done - and fast! We will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

A couple of days ago I had the fellows out to clean my furnace ducts. They were professional, neat and clean and although the full size mid efficient furnace was in a 2' crawl space, they did a great job. They came out to my place in the pigeon lake area and were early on the date promised. Although the job turned out to be challenging, they charged me what they had earlier quoted. I have no problem recommending them.

This was the first duct cleaning we had ever completed. We easily booked on line and received a discount on the service we booked. Confirmation and time was presented by email, with directions and expectations of the service. I called with a few questions, and the staff was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Jason arrived on time, calling us 1/2 hour before arriving to make certain we were expecting him. He again was very professional, polite and accommodating. He again answered more questions and we became very comfortable with him. He required no assistance though we asked if he needed help several times. He was fast, efficient and left no mess behind. Payment was quick and easy, not to mention very affordable. Jason invited us to see the debris from our home, and we were extremely impressed. He also cleaned our dryer hose, which had an immense amount of lint contained within. Our dryer now works so much better. From top to bottom, awesome company, awesome service and great price. I highly recommend and will be using them again. Thanks everyone, and a big thank you to Jason.

I had a great experience with Modern PURAIR Camrose! The technician, Christopher was friendly, knowledgeable and very punctual. He did a great job cleaning our furnaces and ductwork and the site was left clean when the work was complete. I absolutely recommend Modern PURAIR!

I booked my appointment in Camrose online through their website, which was very easy. I received an email confirmation. The owner (of this local franchisee) called the day before and left a message confirming the appointment as well. The technician, Chris, was running behind due to the snow storm and road conditions, but called to let me know he would be 10 minutes late, which I appreciated and understood. When he arrived he was very friendly and considerate, covered the vents & returns properly, was careful not to get the carpets dirty and was cautious getting the machine up and down the stairs. He explained the process and was there for 4 hours while I unpacked my moving boxes. He did such a thorough job of each vent, and made sure to ask if I wanted my dryer vent done, and explained that it was a long hose, and went over how he had to clean from the inside out and also from the outside in (which meant he had to climb a ladder to the second floor outside after a horrible snowstorm in cold weather.) I was impressed at how thorough he was and that he went above and beyond to do all that for just an extra $40. He was kind and patient with my children asking him questions about what he was doing and his machine, and afterwards he was able to show us what he collected in the vacuum bag, which was relief to know my family won't be breathing all the previous owner's dust, pet hair, etc. Before he left he shook my hand and thanked me for my business. He even hand-delivered a card into my mailbox the next day to thank me for my business and that he hoped settling in to our new house goes smoothly. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays and I am very grateful I chose this company - specifically the Camrose franchisee! It was worth every penny, I recommend it to everyone in Camrose, and I will be getting it done every few years by them as needed! Thanks Chris (and Modern PURAIR Camrose!)

Chris was on time and explained to me how the new service differed from previous services that they had provided. He was very friendly and was very careful maneuvering throughout the house. I appreciated him telling me exactly what the service included. Did a great job and will definitely use Modern PURAIR again.
