Maximum Windows & Doors

I would highly recommend John at Maximum Windows & Doors for any repairs or installations. We had broken seals on our large front picture windows which led to very significant condensation and was ruining our view. John was able to replace the glass without us needing to replace the entire window frame, and he went above and beyond with the service. He came promptly to get the measurements and advise us, and he was so patient with our million questions (new home owners). He also inquired on our behalf to the manufacturer since we had the same issue with several of our windows, trying to get the best deal for us even though the windows were out of warranty period. Although ultimately the manufacturer wouldn't budge, we really appreciated that he explored all avenues for us even though there was no benefit to him personally. I get the impression that's just the kind of service he provides--he genuinely wants to help people save money and maintain their homes.We did experience some delays in receiving the glass due to supply chain issues, but that's the same all over and John was responsive in letting us know what was going on and that we were still on his list. The install was booked as soon as he received the glass, and the installation process was smooth, professional, and they left everything very tidy and clean.I would not hesitate to book with Maximum Windows & Doors, and we plan to use them again in the spring to replace a faulty patio sliding door.
