My friend has been treated so poorly here and they dont even provide working appliances! They totally have a double standard for people they like and ones they don't! The manager is Horrible and should be fired!

Having lived at Mole Hill, management and neighbours had engage in criminal harassment. Lynch mobbing" was a prevalent component of being a tenant for me. Gossip

This may be a decent and affordable place to live but the tenants are treated poorly, intimidated and there is a double standard of what they are allowed in their apartment versus what the management provides for their apartments. No person should be subject to the harassment, condescending and intimidating way the place is managed. The poor are robbed of enough dignity without managers who need to exercise power over the least powerful populations .

As a passerby, looks like a pleasant place to live very close to downtown. Some beautiful heritage houses on a quiet, traffic-calmed alley.
