Fantastic service and the food is so fresh! They worked really hard for how busy it was during lunch pick-up, but they still made time to make sure my order was correct and were really mindful of potential dietary restrictions.

I scheduled a delivery order from this Z-teca location and they later cancelled my order without any reason. I wasted my time. Based on other reviews, this location is bad. Corporate headquarters needs to enforce quality standards for this location. Two other locations I’ve ordered from were great.

I just want to point out the manager's behaviour, whoever it is, she is extremely disrespectful to the people, her tone & attitude towards the staff & even the orders pickers (uber driver) is extremely bad, it's ok if any person makes a mistake, it doesn't mean you get mad at him rather than telling him politely, I think she should learn how to talk with kindness or politeness. In fact, I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant for poor & unacceptable cx service.

I ordered a veggie crumble bowl and it was so dry as there was hardly any sauce in it- they are really stingy with all their ingredients. The portion size was very less and not worth the price. Better off going to chipotle across the street.

The manager, a mid aged woman with a stank face and her hair tied but not in a net (tells you how non hygienic this place is), has the nastiest behaviour towards her employees and customers.I feel bad for the crew for having to deal with such a person, but they don't help themselves as they're clumsy, or just nervous? Since their manager is always around b*tching. The poor staff will add extras even before you get to say if you want it or not, and will be super careful about the portioning, always favouring rice and beans over proteins.Chipotle is just 2 minutes away. You're welcome.
