A great barber when he's open. However, you never know when he's closed. Look it up on Google, says open, take a bus and walk to his shop only to find it closed. Phone is never answered. Very frustrating.

I had the pleasure of meeting this gentelman, who comes across as very down to earth, friendly and professional. I have never seen a barber like him, who not only gives the same service as everyone else at a price no one can beat, he also gives away treats, coffee and such free of charge. God bless him

I started getting my haircut a few months ago and all I can say is that this barber is a true gentleman and a gracious host. Not only are his haircuts professional , his attitude and demeanor are second to none. Great haircut and the price is the best that Ottawa can offer. I will definitely will return. Rocque is a fantastic barber and you cannot beat his prices ! His conversations are interesting and never dull. He is always happy and always goes the extra mile by offering you coffee or water while you are waiting. I have been going there for years and recommend him to all my friends and family. It is truly great to still have an actual “Barber”in the neighborhood!

My first impression of Rocque is that of a kind and considerate person. He is an talented barber and does an excellent job at a lower price than the chain hair places. There was a bit of a wait because it's just him there and he takes the time to do it right and doesn't make you feel rushed. I will definitely return again and start bringing my son as well. Great experience.
