The office returned my emails immediately and accommodated my schedule. The gentleman who did the work was pleasant and efficient. He did an excellent job and explained the drying process before he left. I would recommend and use them again.

I was very pleased with the great customer service and carpet cleaning provided by Jeff at Oliva! I didn't think our light coloured carpets would look good again, but they really do! From the first contact with the online form to a phone call with the office staff to meeting Jeff in person everything was VERY professional! Great service! Marvin was very professional coming in Saturday to do our place and advised us on some spots that were not to be taken out but overall, the job performed to do our carpet cleaning was amazing! Much better than the “other cleaning guy” who did our carpet cleaning 5 years ago where it was not satisfactory to us and I even called home for a quote and still he wanted $200 more to do the job! Olivia Cleaning, I recommend and they guarantee their work! 5 stars !

The Team at Olivia Carpet Cleaning were incredible. From my first contact with Kim who was knowledgeable good at accommodating schedules easy to contact and very friendly . John came through for us, he is someone you could trust will do the best possible job. He walked me through the work needing to be done, did the work to a high standard and then walked me through the final product - what they did, how they did it, etc. Friendly, courteous, professional and polite. They take pride in their work and ensured I was pleased. Will use them again and recommend them to family and friends for cleaning in the future for sure.
