Buffers Auto Clean Centre

I have been to buffers before with our Lexus, never had a problem until today. Went in for a complete clean on used Nissan I just purchased… the clean job was NOT 100% satisfactory, they missed some spots and also said a lot of the exterior work on the chromes is not included even though before the clean they said it would come right out… in the end I don’t care about the clean anymore … because after the clean the airbag light came on and the owner asked me to come by and he tried to ask the mechanics next door to fix it but then said there is nothing they can do and said it’s not their fault.. I googled online and it said it can be caused by bad connection after the seat being adjusted but they said cannot fix it so now I’m super worried about the safety of my car… I’m so annoyed as I wipe a few spots that they missed… the clean requires you to park there the entire day, the owner was kind enough to drive me to work but I had to come back by myself which is fine but this airbag light is really bothering me….did I mentioned I paid over $300?

Last summer, I made a huge mistake. I hired some random dude to clean my car for $200. He said he was an expert, but he was lying. He left my car looking worse than before. There were stains, uncleaned area, and even a dent on the hood. I was furious!This year, I decided to go for a real professional company. I picked the all in one cleaning option for $259, and boy was it worth it! The staff were friendly, efficient, and thorough. They made my car shine like new, inside and out. I was amazed by the difference. It was like getting a brand new car!If you want to pamper your car and yourself, I highly recommend this company. They do an absolute awesome job and you won't regret it. Strongly recommend!

10/10 would recommend Buffers to anyone!!I took my vehicle for a winter tire swap at Costco (big mistake!) and the mechanic had his pen open in his back pocket while he was sitting in the drivers seat. Needless to say it was very horrifying to get in after doing my circle checks to see ink on my Porsche BEIGE LEATHER seat. We work so hard to keep it clean, and the mechanic even had the nerve to gaslight me as if I did it prior to taking it in! (Why would I have pens inside my beige interior?? We don’t even eat in here!). Anyways, the team at buffers took my car in immediately and not only completely removed the pen ink, but also the greasy fingerprints the mechanic left all over the inside of the driver door! When I saw my seat when it was done, my jaw was on the floor. Couldn’t have came out better. Seriously an amazing job!!!!! They also reassured me that it would not have came out as well as it did if it wasn’t indeed fresh ink. They then sent me off with a big smile.Thank you so much again to the awesome duo here at buffers! You guys seriously made my day by being able to take care of this so swiftly. every time I get in I think of the awesome job you guys did.

We’ve been bringing our vehicles to be cleaned and detailed at Buffers since 2005...they have always been courteous and professional and exceed our expectations at each visit. It’s obvious that Bob, Scott and the rest of their team are dedicated to providing the best service possible and they genuinely take care in making sure to maintain quality services at reasonable prices. Thanks again guys. So glad you were able to locate and resolve and shampoo away the stain and stench from the recent dairy spill under the seat in our car. It is a such relief and we can breathe a lot easier now !

So pleased with how clean my car was after leaving it for detailing. Every inch of it was spotless and it's as clean as it was when I bought it brand new. Bravo. Will return.

You will get better results doing it yourself by vacuuming your interior, wiping down with a wet rag and driving through a car wash for the exterior all at the cost of $15.I was swindled out of $140!!I used to bring my vehicles here years ago and was always happy with the result. Which is why I was surprisingly disappointed with my recent experience. I asked for and interior clean and an exterior cleaning with waxing.The result was absolutely disgusting. Very visible and noticeable dirty areas of the exterior and interior where overlooked.The general apathy and lack of attention to detail is very disappointing. After pointing this out to the owner he did a quick touch up here and there with a wet rag in 5 mins and expected I would be happy with paying the $140 price. I was very vocal about my dislike of the services and yet no compensation was offered. No apology for the poor job.Don’t waste your time or support this sub-pare business.

Not what it used to be. Very bad experience today. The owner was the one I was dealing with, and he was unfriendly and dismissive. I pre-booked for an external wash and an internal wipe for my 2009 Kia Sedona and came back an hour later. I returned to an absolutely terrible result.The interior was dirty. Entire sections were completely untouched. Inside of windows were smeared and dirty.The exterior was terrible. The wheels were dirty - and I could wipe the dark oily dirt off with my bare hand (look carefully at the photo of the wheel and you can see where I wiped my finger). The windows were smeared and had spots of leftover dirt on them. Under the wipers were dirty and untouched. Panels looked like they had dried dirty water on them. Bumper and mudguards were covered in dirt, almost totally untouched. And the *entire* car was covered in lint - covered. I'm not talking a bit here and there, I'm talking a coating of lint top to bottom, and some clumps in certain areas (everything is shown in the pictures)Look at the pictures. I'm not exaggerating.I was charged around $60 to have the dirt on my car swapped with lint, and most of the rest of the car to be neglected or ignored.The worst part was when I brought it up with the owner. He was cold and dismissive. He started by arguing with me that they did a good job. We went outside and I showed him the wheels, where I wiped the oily black dirt off the wheel with my finger. He kept arguing and didn't apologize or admit that anything was wrong. Then he blamed me - for coming in 4 minutes late for my appointment, as if being a few minutes late is justification to leave the car filthy. He even said what am I supposed to do?" I didn't even know how to answer that one. How about you just clean the car properly? That would be a start.Never going back there again. Total waste of money. And absolutely terrible customer service and a bad attitude - from the owner

I still have grit in the carpet, dust and fingerprints around dashboard area. I just wasted $50.00. I will not recommend this business. Just maybe it was the employee who cleaned my car was just having a bad day or felt rushed. I will not return.
