Bought dress for my daughter and she wear it only once and not able to wear it again as the quality is super bad. Pathetic and rude customer service . Such store should not be allowed to operate

Went to this place to purchase a First Communion dress. The owners are very rude to the customers. They limit how many dresses you can try on. We made a purchase and asked them to steam the dress because it needed steaming, they refused saying it didnt need it.,but clearly it did. Need to work on customer service.

Went there to try on dresses for my younger sister who has to attend a wedding. While some of the stuff is nice, they put a limit to try-on and then kicked us out of the store, being rude to my 10 year old sister in the process. This was a grown man rolling his eyes at a 10 year old girl. No offer to help, extremely rude, and don't seem to know how to deal with children. Recommend avoiding this store if you're looking for a pleasant experience shopping for a child, without the risk of being kicked out.

Went looking for a dress for my daughter at this place. The lady that worked there would only allow us to try on 3 dresses, when asked to try on another she would say something to her husband in their language, which is really rude. Anyway I did end up buying a dress because my daughter really liked it. When purchasing the dress I asked if I could have it steamed because it was wrinkled. She told me it didn't need it, but it really did. She said if I wanted to wait 30 minutes she would steam it, we asked if it was an extra charge, she said NO, until.. her husband barged in saying We have to charge you extra

Absolutely no customer service. They’re more worried about the dresses being destroyed after being tried on once than they are making any sales or helping anyone out. What’s the point? Don’t waste your time coming here. Please.

Best shopping experience ever, good customer service helpful staff although I spent half n hour to choose but they don't mind and keep giving me multiple option and accessories. Good range of kids cloth in reasonable price, my place to go now for every occasion.
