The Sharpening guy destroyed the knives that I had maticilously cared for for years. After dropping them at a local store and told to wait week. Within 2 days, many had chipped on the blade. Useless! $1,000 down the drain. NEVER again. Shameful.

I dropped my 8 chef's knives off @ ART of the Table on Wealthy St. se . They were picked up and returned professionally sharpened 2 days later. I'm very pleased. Fast, economical, friendly quality service. They were returned with cardboard sheaths on them sharper than ever. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent job! I can safely say that my knives weren’t this sharp new. Regular, santoku and serrated all wickedly sharp and I’m reminded why I spent the money on the knives in the first place. At least 2 of the 5 knives I had sharpened no longer had their points from being dropped into the sink. They have been restored! Worth every penny and I will take them back.

Wow, my knife was SHARP! Haven't tried my kitchen shears yet but they feel very sharp and they were tightened too. Very quick turnaround. The ladies at the drop off location were so sweet. Matt was very nice and professional on the phone and definitely knows how to get a blade sharp! Thanks so much and we will surely be using Matt's services again!

Matt did a great job putting a 15 deg bevel on my old chefs knives so my electric sharpener will have better luck sharpening them in the future.

Matt is awesome! He had my knives done the day after I dropped them off. They are sharper than they have ever been. I can cut curly-qs out of a piece of paper. Matt clearly takes a lot of pride in his work! Matt, thanks for taking the time to make my cheapy knives act like $300+ professionals!

Matt was so helpful. He went above and beyond to instruct me on how to maintain my knives at home, from storing them properly to sharpening them periodically. The knives are sharp--maybe even better than new--and cut through tough meat like butter. My knives were ready the next day so I didn't have to go without! He will be my go-to knife-guy from here on out.

Had an unfortunate experience, giving two stars instead of 1 because it's Christmas time, but here's what happened. Messaged Matt telling him I was dropping knives (12/7) , got them sharpened" and picked them up (12/12). Used them for about a week before realizing they were not actually sharpened. Contacted him and he said to bring them back (12/18) and they'd be sharpened before Christmas. Contacted the 23rd and he said they hadn't been at the store to be picked up
